My name is Robin. Welcome to my CrossFit LifeStyle!! My personal fitness experience with crossfit has changed my life and I want to encourage others to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Crossfit is a form of exercise that has similar movements to boot camp, but is more intense. When I started CrossFit a year and a half ago I thought I was in shape, but it was a lot tougher than I thought. I wasn’t sure I was capable of doing some of the lifts and exercises. I really had to make my mind up that I was going to do it and had to set one goal at a time. Over time I began to improve and realized that I was getting stronger. I also began researching ways of cooking and eating healthy. I have learned that my diet and way of working out go hand in hand. I truly believe I am now in the best shape of my life. I am able to do so much more than when I started and have began to enter Crossfit competitions. I like to share my CrossFit story and the rewards it has brought me both inside and outside the gym. I look forward to sharing my experience with you guys. I am here to share my passion of athleticism and encourage you all to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
