The first workout of the 2013 CrossFit Open was no joke. I had about 5 minute left, so I put the 100 pounds on my bar to try to the next set of snatches, but I just could’t get it up. I suck suck suck at snatches, but I will get better!
150 reps, so disappointed that I could not snatch 100#.
13.2, here I come!
17 minute AMRAP of:
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs
#100 snatch? Well, I am ready to prove myself wrong!
